Property Bugles Terms and Conditions of Service.

1.1 Property Bugle is hereinafter referred to as 'Property Bugle', 'our', 'we' and 'us.'

1.2 All advertisements on our web servers are subject to the terms and conditions described in this document. Under the terms of this agreement, your placement or use of information on our servers is an acknowledgement that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy:

2.1 All personal information supplied by users in the creation of their advertisement is used solely for the management of their account and will not be passed or sold to third parties. We reserve the right to pass on such information when legally required to do so or to protect our website against illegal activity or unauthorised use.

 Terms of Use:

3.1 It is acknowledged that Property Bugle is an independent publishing medium and is not an agent or agency for any advertiser of any property product or service.

3.2 Although we seek to ensure that all advertisements are legal and truthful, Property Bugle cannot and does not make any warranty for any properties products or services offered by advertisers.

3.3 Any matters or information referred to in any advertisement should be independently confirmed by prospective purchasers or tenants or their professional or legal advisors.

 Advertiser Conduct:

4.1 Our services may only be used for lawful purposes - any use of these services, which violates any laws which may apply to any jurisdiction that you may be subject to, is strictly prohibited.

 In particular, while using our services, you agree that:

4.2 You are over 18 years of age and eligible to enter into a binding agreement.

4.3 You have the legal right to sell or advertise any property you advertise for sale.

4.4 You have permission for the use of photographs included in any advertisement.

4.5 All statements made by you about any property are, to the best of your knowledge and belief, true and accurate.

4.6 You agree to take full responsibility for images and data transferred and to maintain an appropriate backup of your images and data.

4.7 Property Bugle reserves the right to require changes to an advertisement or disable an advertisement that does not comply with any of these terms and conditions.

4.8 Advertisements automatically expire after a period of six months from the date of insertion. An advertisement may be resubmitted for insertion after expiration.

4.9 Property Bugle reserves the right to decline or cease publication of an advertisement at any time without explanation or notice.

 Indemnification:

5.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Property Bugle.co.uk from any and all liability, penalties, losses, damages, costs, expenses, legal fees, causes of action or claims caused by or resulting indirectly from your use of the service which damages either you, Property Bugle, or any other party or parties without limitation or exception.

 No warranties:

6.1 Property Bugle makes no warranties or representations of any kind for the services being offered. Under no circumstances shall Property Bugle be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages that result in any way from your use of or inability to use the service, or for third parties' use of the service to access your advertisement, or any part thereof, or your or any third parties' reliance on or use of information, services, or merchandise provided on or through the service, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance.

 Agreement Acknowledgement:

7.1 This agreement supersedes any written, electronic, or oral communication you may have had with Property Bugle or any agent or representative thereof, and constitutes the complete and total agreement between the parties. Should any provision of this agreement be determined to be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect and said provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.

7.2 By placing information on Property Bugles' servers or using such information you are stating and acknowledging that you have read the aforementioned terms and conditions and that you understand such terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Jurisdiction:

8.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and We hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the laws of England and Wales in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website.
